3.1 Account Registration

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile banking methods are accepted for deposits on the duk88 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Deposited funds must come from a mobile banking account registered in your own name only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at duk88, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives a bonus of ৳8,000 (the maximum cap) and a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit from bonus activation.
• Some games may contribute less than 100% towards bonus wagering — please read the details for each bonus.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another person.
• If duk88 suspects misuse of any promotion, it reserves the right to cancel that bonus and review the relevant account.

5.3 VIP Program

The duk88 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%. Progression through VIP tiers depends on consistent activity on the platform. The benefits and conditions for each tier will be communicated separately.

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the duk88 platform:

• All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round may be voided and the bet will be returned.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, duk88 server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
